Gemini’s Grace

Ingredients

• 1 táami berry
• 2 oz Tequila Reposado
• 1 leaf sorrel, finely chopped
• Ice cubes
• 3 dashes grapefruit bitters
• 4 oz. grapefruit juice, fresh-squeezed

Tools

• Shaker
• Muddler

Glass

• double rocks

Directions

In a shaker, mix tequila, sorrel and ice cubes.  Add the bitters and grapefruit juice and shake aggressively. Pour contents of into a glass, adding ice cubes as needed.  Make sure to taste the cocktail before having a táami berry – recognizing the drink’s flavors and qualities.  Next, move the táami berry around the entirety of your tongue allowing it to coat your taste buds.  Then, enjoy the Gemini!
