Ingredients

  • 1 táami berry
  • 1 Canned Salmon (14.75 oz)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Tsp Ground black pepper
  • 1/4 Cup Crushed saltine crackers
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Dried parsley
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 Tsp Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all patty ingredients together. Divide into 4 equal servings. Shape into 1/4-inch thick patties.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat approximately 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  3. To prepare sauce, combine lemon juice, margarine, and parsley in a saucepan and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Serve 2 teaspoons sauce over each salmon patty
